Our Team
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a master’s-level professional in behavior analysis who designs and oversees individualized, evidence-based treatment programs. BCBAs work collaboratively with families and supervise therapy staff to support meaningful skill development, promote independence, and help individuals grow toward their fullest potential.
BCBAs
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a trained paraprofessional who works directly with individuals to implement individualized, evidence-based treatment programs. RBTs provide hands-on support under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping individuals build meaningful skills, increase independence, and make progress toward their personal goals.
